Welcome. We hope you find our home as easily as we do. From this web page, you will find a number of recommended driving paths, but if your GPS suggests otherwise, we have found that they work equally well. It only gets a little confusing when arriving to locate guest parking, and head the right direction for the front door, rather than the garage door around back.
Please feel free to take advantage of the directions provided here, though you may find the close-up map of the association the most useful.
Traveling South on I35W
Follow I-35W South and take Exit #2 for Burnsville Parkway.
Turn right onto West Burnsville Parkway, drive east approximately 1.5 miles.
Turn right onto Parkwood Drive and drive south approximate .4 miles.
Look for the Walden monument sign and take the second driveway for 47 Walden Street.
Traveling South on I35E
Follow I-35E South and take Exit #90 for County Road 11 in Burnsville.
At the light, turn right onto County Road 11 and drive north .5 miles.
Turn left onto E 130th Street and drive .5 miles – Caution: Only marked by normal street signs and easy to miss.
Turn right onto Parkwood Drive and drive north less than .2 miles.
Turn left into the second driveway for 47 Walden Street.
Traveling North on I35 Toward I-35W/I-35E Split
Head North on I-35W toward Exit #84.
KEEP LEFT to continue on I-35W North. Follow signs for Interstate 35W/Minneapolis.
Take Exit #2 for Burnsville Parkway.
Turn right onto West Burnsville Parkway, drive east approximately 1.4 miles.
Turn right onto Parkwood Drive and drive south approximate .4 miles.
Look for the Walden monument sign and take the second driveway for 47 Walden Street.
Traveling via Cedar Avenue (North or South)
Follow Cedar Avenue (MN-77) South or North and take the exit for Cliff Road (aka Cty Road 32) in Burnsville.
At the exit, turn turn west onto Cliff Road and drive approximately 1.7 miles. You will cross over Highway 13.
At the second stop light after crossing Highway 13, turn left (south) onto South 12th Avenue (at the Pepsi distribution center).
Drive approximately 1/2 mile, where you will cross over Highway 13 again. Continue straight. The road name changes to Parkwood Avenue.
Continue to drive south on Parkwood Avenue another 1 mile.
Turn right into the second driveway for 47 Walden Street.
